World Economic Forum Pledge
Caresyntax has taken the World Economic Forum global health equity Zero Gaps pledge to work together toward a world with Zero Health Gaps. This goes together with achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, creating a future where climate and human sustainability becomes a reality. This requires leaders across the global economy to participate in multistakeholder collaborations, share and learn from each other, invest and dedicate resources, commit to and sustain action, and measure and report impact. As a company we are working to embed health equity as through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies.
How we design sustainability
Caresyntax is committed to promoting sustainable product design and taking care of the environment. By leveraging cutting-edge software architecture, Caresyntax is able to deliver its services with minimal energy consumption. In addition, Caresyntax is dedicated to utilizing infrastructure that is powered by at least 80% renewable energy sources. Furthermore, Caresyntax offers software solutions that help its clients promote sustainability including:
- Reducing carbon dioxide emissions from in-person education conferences by facilitating continuous education through video-based assessments
- Reducing travel-related carbon dioxide emissions to consult medical experts through usage of telehealth services
- Reducing paper usage by transitioning paper-based activities such as scheduling to a fully digitized process

Our Caresyntax Sustainability Team, led by Caresyntax co-founder Björn von Siemens, strives to make our world more sustainable by acting as Caresyntax ambassadors for green causes within their departments and promoting and educating Caresyntax on the responsible use of resources, both personally and professionally.
